Shipping & Processing 

How much do you charge for shipping?  Shipping is free on all orders over $50!  All other orders are shipped at a calculated rate based on size and weight.  Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? I process orders within 3-10 days.  Shipments are sent via USPS or UPS with tracking.  

Do you ship outside of the US? Not at this time.

Payment Options

Payments are accepted through all major credit and debit cards and Paypal.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?   Returns are accepted on most items. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your item.  Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom orders.  Please contact me to initiate a return.  Refunds are issued once the item is received in the original condition.  

Products

Where do you make your products?  All of my items are made In my home studio located in Helena, Montana.

What type of wood do you use?  I use a variety of woods depending what is best for the project.  Most of my painted pieces use baltic birch ply and my earrings and stained pieces use a variety of cedar, cherry, maple, sapele and walnut.   My cutting boards and live edge wall hangings are acacia wood.

Personalization

Can I personalize your products?  Many items allow for personalization.  Please check the descriptions for more information and check the personalized products section.  You can also reach out to me if there is a particular product in which you are interested to see if personalization is possible.

Can you design a custom piece for me?  I take custom orders as my time allows and depending on the scope of the design.  I can usually accommodate custom size requests.  Items requiring a specific design require a design fee that can be applied to your final purchase.  You can use the chat feature or email to inquire about custom orders.

Do you work with companies to create corporate gifts or event takeaways?  I would love to work with your organization to create employee gifts, special decor items or small gifts for event attendees.
